The fish-flavored peptides are separated and extracted from the East China Sea specialty seafood fish which are sterilized by membrane filtration and then fermented two times purified by aseptic filling and refining and finally supplemented with non GMO soy sauce making the product with rich fragrance and nice color. It is suitable for the dipping of using as dipping and steamed fish seasonings for family and catering industry (especially the Japanese and Korean catering industry).
